Terms and Conditions for New Entrants/Application to Global Model Development Foundation

Important Notice: Applicants must thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions, code of ethics, and policies of the NGO, as outlined on the website www.globalfoundationngo.org. This application/agreement form constitutes a legally binding document between the applicant and the Global Model Development Foundation.

By agreeing to adhere to the conditions specified herein and on the website, the applicant may become a member upon payment of the required membership fee via a crossed demand draft.

  1. Eligibility
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract as defined by the Country Contract Act.
  1. Membership Fee
  • To join as an independent member, applicants must pay the prescribed membership fee via a crossed demand draft made payable to the Global Model Development Foundation.
  1. Documentation for Organizations
  • If the applicant is a partnership firm or private limited company, all necessary documentation must be provided during the membership registration process.
  1. Payment Instructions
  • Payments for membership and orders must be made through a crossed demand draft favoring the Global Model Development Foundation.
  1. Cash Payments
  • The Trust will not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
  1. Unauthorized Payments
  • No member or official of the NGO is authorized to accept cash payments. Any cash payment made is at the individual’s own risk, and the NGO will not be liable for such unauthorized payments.
  1. Refund Policy
  • The initial payment is for membership enrollment and is non-refundable. All packages include the registration fee, processing fee, and administrative costs.
  1. Incentives and Income
  • Members will earn incentives or income based solely on the volume of business generated, subject to the NGO’s eligibility criteria. Joining the NGO does not guarantee any incentives or income.
  1. Member Status
  • Independent members are neither consumers, agents, nor employees of the NGO and do not have the authority to bind or represent the NGO in any manner.
  1. Membership Confirmation
  • Membership will be confirmed with an official receipt and online registration, providing a password and a unique “Track ID,” which cannot be changed after selection.
  1. Communication
  • The NGO will not entertain any communication without the Track ID and password.
  1. Time Limits on Requests
  • Requests for products/packages made after six months from the date of payment acknowledgment will not be accepted.
  1. Annual Renewal Fees
  • Members are required to pay annual renewal fees as determined by the NGO.
  1. Membership Charges
  • The one-time membership charges are as follows:
    • Corporate and school membership: ₹20,000
    • School teachers’ membership: ₹6,000
    • General membership: ₹10,000
  • Membership will be deducted from incentives if fees are not paid, per NGO norms.
  1. Deductions
  • Trimming and service charges will be applied according to NGO norms, with TDS deductions as mandated by the government.
  1. Documentation for Firms
  • Private limited companies must submit all relevant partnership deeds and MOUs during the membership process.
  1. Compliance with Rules
  • Members must adhere to the organization’s rules and regulations; violations may result in termination from the NGO.
  1. Termination Rights
  • The NGO reserves the right to terminate any member’s membership.
  1. Post-Termination Restrictions
  • Terminated members will be barred from attending NGO meetings, and their income will cease immediately.
  1. Conduct Expectations
  • Members must maintain integrity and decorum, fostering good relations with other members.
  1. Ethical Conduct
  • Members must not mislead or coerce individuals into joining the NGO.
  1. Liability for Misrepresentation
  • The NGO is not responsible for any promises or assurances made by members that do not align with approved NGO policies. Members should refer to the website and other official materials for accurate information.
  1. Accuracy of Information
  • Members must ensure that all information provided to the NGO is accurate. Requests for corrections post-payment will not be entertained.
  1. Application Rejection
  • The NGO reserves the right to reject any membership application at its discretion.
  1. Amendments
  • The NGO may modify terms and conditions or policies with prior notice on its website, which will be binding on all members.
  1. Governing Law
  • The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and High Court.
  1. Arbitration
  • Any disputes between parties regarding business or interpretation of these terms will be referred to arbitration, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1969.

Declaration/Affirmation

  1. I will uphold the integrity and decorum of the NGO as an independent member.
  2. I commit to honesty and transparency in dealings with prospective members and fellow members, avoiding any unfair practices.
  3. I understand and accept the terms and conditions of the NGO.
  4. I acknowledge that my initial payment is for membership and is non-refundable.
  5. I understand that I will not act as an agent, employee, or consumer of the NGO, nor will I represent or bind it in any way.
  6. I confirm that no promises of income have been made to me regarding my membership.
  7. I recognize that the membership value may exceed the fees paid.
  8. I will not promote other companies or NGOs within NGO premises or events.
  9. I will not mislead anyone to join the NGO dishonestly.
  10. I agree to submit all disputes to arbitration as outlined in the NGO’s terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these terms, I affirm my commitment to the values and regulations of the Global Model Development Foundation.
